The Opportunity: We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of our growth. In 2026, a Glutenull brand has to operate like a media company - great product is the price of entry, and what separates brands that scale from brands that stall is story, distribution, and a team that treats every channel as one connected system.
Company Description GluteNull is a Port Coquitlam, B.C. based food company specializing in gluten-free, plant-based, and non-GMO products tailored to a wide range of diets, including Vegan, Keto/Low Carb, Gluten Free and Paleo. The company focuses on clean, high-quality ingredients to create cookies, bars, granolas, and breads that support health-conscious lifestyles. GluteNull’s commitment to innovation and quality has earned multiple industry recognitions, such as Food in Canada’s Rising Star Leadership Award. Its Coconut Ciabatta has also been honored as one of BC Food and Beverage’s Top 10 Products of the year, highlighting the brand’s strong reputation in the specialty food market.
Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing activities to grow brand awareness and drive sales across digital and traditional channels. This strictly in-house marketing position includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media production, events and trade shows, email marketing, and coordinating content creation that aligns with GluteNull’s brand positioning and product offerings. The Marketing Manager will analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Additional responsibilities includes collaborating with sales and product teams, managing relationships with media, affiliates, influencers and external partners or agencies, and supporting new product launches and promotions.
