What You’ll Do
Welcome customers, understand their concerns, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.
Explain service recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
Work closely with technicians to keep repairs moving and customers updated.
Manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-ups with accuracy and attention to detail.
Build lasting customer relationships through reliable communication and follow-through.
What You Bring
Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities while staying calm and professional.
