About the Role:
The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and present the value of our unique services. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach, relationship building, and partnership development with companies, HR teams, and hiring managers. You will play a key role in introducing our services and building long-term collaborations. This role isn't limited to a single product. You'll support sales and business development across several company projects at once, moving between different offers, audiences, and priorities on a regular basis. Most of your day will be on the phone, so you should be comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls and quick to switch context between projects and client types.
What You'll Do:
- Own outbound B2B sales and business development across multiple company projects, from first contact through close
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients and partners daily
- Support B2C inquiries and conversations as needed
- Manage an active pipeline across several projects at the same time, moving between different products, audiences, and deal stages
- Qualify leads and tailor your pitch based on who you're talking to and which project it's for
- Keep clear, up to date records of calls, follow ups, and deal status
- Work closely with project teams to stay aligned on priorities, target accounts, and messaging
- Follow up consistently with leads that haven't converted yet
- Share feedback from client conversations to help improve offers and pitch materials
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Strong phone communication skills, comfortable with high call volume
- Able to multitask and switch between projects without losing momentum
- Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, comfortable with some ambiguity
- Good team communicator, works well across departments
- Bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, sales, business, or a related field
- Nice to have: prior B2B tech or SaaS sales experience, experience working across multiple products or brands at once.
