Controller / Accounting Manager
Metro Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | Hybrid with initial in-office onboarding
$80,000 – $100,000 base + discretionary bonus
About the Company
Our client is a well-established, privately held investment company with operating businesses across several industries. The head office finance team supports a group of five entities. It is a stable, long-term environment where good work gets noticed.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller/Accounting Manager owns the head office accounting function and the group’s consolidated reporting. We want a confident, independent finance professional who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. This person spots issues, thinks through the impact on the wider business, and brings recommendations, not just questions. This is a long-term, high-trust role for someone who wants to own a function and make it run well.
