Senior Human Resources Business Partner

$100K–$110K + profit share (approximate based on previous years $20K–$80K)

We’re partnering with a growing organization to find a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Abbotsford.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an HR professional who is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven and solutions-oriented - someone who sees HR as a business partner, not a policy enforcer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s health & safety program across multiple Canadian locations
- Own and advance performance management initiatives
- Partner with branch managers and senior leadership on HR matters
- Support employment standards, HR best practices and higher-level recruitment
- Champion Workday and support strategic HR initiatives
- Travel to branches across Canada as required
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong experience in performance management and health & safety
- Knowledge of Canadian employment standards
- Strong communication, influence and project management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- A servant-leader who builds trust rather than policing policy
Travel: Approximately 10 flights in year one, then 4–6 annually
