Why We Exist

Many teacher-training programmes take a one-size-fits-all approach - ignoring local languages, rural classroom realities and context.

Numerous teachers are tasked with teaching English despite lacking confidence, fluency or relevant support.

While reforms such as NEP 2020 raise expectations, many educators are not equipped to meet them and training often ends after a single workshop. At GOLDENMILE Learning, we believe in phased, reinforced learning that includes mentorship, reflection and sustained growth - not just a one-off intervention.
