About The Role

As our Product Manager for Compliance Solutions, you'll collaborate closely with legal professionals, engineers, and designers to build intuitive, powerful tools that solve real-world compliance challenges. You'll have the opportunity to define product roadmaps, gather user feedback, and directly impact the direction of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for compliance automation tools
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from legal professionals
- Create detailed product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features on time
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior to inform decisions
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on product positioning
- Stay current with legal technology trends and compliance regulations
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics
- Experience with user research and customer discovery methods
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Figma, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

- Legal background or experience in the legal industry
- Knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with AI/ML products or document automation
- Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers
