GPM was founded in 1971 to meet the rising demand for a new approach to property management.
Over 50 years of experience Today, we manage and service over 120 high-rise condominium buildings and townhouse complexes across the province of Ontario. For over half a century, GPM has met the industry’s evolving challenges by investing in operational efficiency, and, more importantly, in people.

Then we work tirelessly to meet them.
