Grace Place is a faith-centered, trauma-informed ministry dedicated to walking alongside single mothers and their children as they move from crisis toward stability and long-term independence.
Through a relational, education-based, and accountability-driven model, Grace Place provides comprehensive support across critical areas of stability, including health and wellness, employment, financial literacy, transportation, housing, and ongoing emotional and spiritual care. Each family receives individualized support over a 3–18 month period, allowing time for healing, growth, and sustainable transformation.
Since opening in 2015, 90% of Grace Place graduates live independently without returning to homelessness, reflecting the effectiveness of long-term, relationship-centered care.
Rooted in faith and guided by values of accountability, collaboration, empowerment, excellence, integrity, and restoration, Grace Place partners with donors, churches, volunteers, and community organizations to strengthen families and build healthier communities.
