Wireless Survey Engineer – Ekahau Sidekick 2
Location: Toronto, ON
Type: Contract / Field Assignment
We are seeking an experienced Wireless Survey Engineer / Field Engineer to conduct an onsite passive Wi-Fi survey using Ekahau Pro and Sidekick 2.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Ekahau Pro + Sidekick 2
- Must have access to Sidekick 2 and an active Ekahau license
- Experience with passive Wi-Fi/RF surveys
- Floor-plan import, calibration and survey path mapping
- Familiarity with 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz
- Ability to identify AP locations and mounting heights
- Ability to document APs with photos and site observations
- Ability to save and provide the completed Ekahau .esx project file
- Available for onsite work in Toronto, ON
ECSE/CWNA or similar wireless certification is an asset.
