What You Will Do
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration (F&A), the Project Coordinator will provide support to all departments to help identify and implement new practices and processes. They will also provide IT coordination and user support, as well as administrative support within the Finance and Administration team. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination and IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
What You Bring
- Knowledge of office administration practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities without requiring close supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Network Administration
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project coordination or administrative roles or equivalent level of skills and abilities
- Experience working directly with the public.

Compensation: $33.29/hr (35 hour work week)2026 rates
