Inventory Coordinator | Mississauga, ON
Greenhawk Equestrian Sport is hiring a full-time Inventory Coordinator to join our Home Office team in Mississauga.
This is a hands-on, mid-management role for someone who enjoys solving problems, finding discrepancies, and making sure inventory records are accurate. You’ll work across our Distribution Centre, retail stores, and e-commerce operations - using inventory data and physically verifying product when needed.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor inventory accuracy across the Distribution Centre and store network
- Create, track, and complete cycle counts
- Investigate and help resolve inventory variances
- Support expiry-date, quality-control, damaged-product, and inventory-adjustment processes
- Review store and e-commerce orders to support accurate, on-time fulfillment
- Work with warehouse and Home Office teams on inventory and operational issues
- Assist with physical inventories and other inventory-control projects
What you bring:
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Sound problem-solving skills and curiosity to investigate when numbers do not match
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort balancing computer-based work with warehouse activity
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Inventory, warehouse, distribution, or retail experience is an asset - but we are willing to train the right person. Equestrian product knowledge is helpful, not required.
