The Role
Greenspace's Channel Partnerships (CP) program drives growth through our strategic EHR partnerships in the behavioral health sector. As the program scales, we're adding a Channel Partnerships Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of select EHR partner relationships and the operations that supports them.
In this role, you'll take ownership of launching and running select EHR partnerships end-to-end (from relationship management and enablement to go-to-market execution) while also owning the systems, reporting, and processes that keep the partner channel running smoothly. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Implementation internally at Greenspace and across partner organizations.
This role will have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of individuals accessing mental health services through the expanded reach and integration of Measurement-Based Care in this sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Management: Lead the launch and ongoing execution of select strategic EHR channel partnerships, and support execution of additional partnerships across the broader CP portfolio.
- Channel Operations: Own CRM processes for partner-sourced leads and opportunities, partner rep records, and the reporting / dashboards used to track and improve partner performance.
- Partner Enablement & Communications: Maintain partner-facing resources and knowledge bases, keep partner and rep information current as partners / personnel change, and manage key partner communications.
- Events & Field Engagement: Plan and execute partner events and conferences, assess market / sales potential, and manage logistics to support partner and Greenspace sales teams in targeting key accounts.
- Partner Expansion: Conduct research and initial screening of prospective new EHR partners to support the ongoing growth of the channel.

- 3+ years at a healthcare SaaS organization, in a sales / quota-carrying role, as an Account Executive, Account Manager, and/or Partnerships Manager
- Nice-to-have: Enterprise sales experience, and/or experience selling into the US market

- Sales acumen: understands the sales process and the role of an AE/AM at EHR organizations, and takes a discovery-first approach to problem solving.
- Accountability: self-directed, disciplined, and a creative problem solver.
- Comfortable working with data: competent with Salesforce, Excel, and AI/reporting tools, with the ability to build, analyze, and act on partner performance data.
