What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping for multiple companies & related entities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations
- Manage general ledger entries and month-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow tracking
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, and company policies
- Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Support management with reporting and strategic financial insights
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in senior accounting or multi-company bookkeeping required
- CPA designation or equivalent accounting experience considered an asset
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, dependable, and deadline-oriented
- Experience with payroll, corporate tax, and intercompany accounting preferred
