Responsibilities
Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor common areas, keeping them safe, tidy, and presentable. Perform minor repairs and maintenance, assist with unit turnovers and renovations, monitor building conditions, manage waste and recycling, respond to service requests, and support property management as needed.
Requirements
The role requires janitorial and housekeeping skills, basic handyman abilities, safe use of tools, and professional, responsive customer service. Candidates should be reliable, organized, able to perform physical tasks, and communicate effectively in English; French and previous building maintenance or janitorial experience are assets.
