Groupe Savoie est à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) d’usine pour assurer la gestion des opérations de son usine Restigouche, située à Saint-Quentin, au sein de notre Division Composantes.
Ce rôle stratégique consiste à superviser les activités de production, mobiliser les équipes, assurer une gestion efficace des ressources et contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue ainsi qu’à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise.
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de personnel et expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier
Formation en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe
Bilinguisme français et anglais
Solides compétences en leadership, en planification et en gestion des opérations
