We are looking for an assistant manager (optician) to join our team in Saint-Lambert.
Are you an optician who enjoys customer service as much as managing and developing a team? Do you want to take on more responsibilities and contribute directly to the success of a clinic? This opportunity could be for you!
Your role:
- Support the manager in the clinic’s day-to-day operations
- Motivate and guide the team in achieving their goals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Advise patients and perform professional duties related to the role of an optician
- Help track sales, conversion rates, and the clinic’s various goals
- Help maintain an efficient organization and a positive team dynamic
- Take over management duties when necessary
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a member of the Ordre des opticiens d’ordonnances du Québec
- Has strong leadership skills and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is organized, self-reliant, and solution-oriented
- Has an excellent sense of customer service
- Wants to take on greater management responsibilities
