Why This Role Matters
The Analyst Coordinator will support the analyst team in achieving a high level of output, ensuring all information packages are logged and organized. This role will also make sure sold accounts are organized before being sent to the onboarding team.
This is an onsite role based out of our Winnipeg, MB office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Check the completeness of information received.
- Identify what is missing from information received and communicate with sales reps and the assigned analyst.
- Organize information in our file system.
- Log and assign groups within our CRM system.
- Keep the specialty drug database up to date.
- Move files from our sales file system to our retention file system when ready.
- Coordinate and price our no plan groups, alongside providing options and employee cost breakdowns.
- Put together coverage overviews for our retention team.
- Manage sold accounts for our entire sales teams.
What You Bring to the Team
- University or college degree.
- High detail orientation.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to handle many files at once.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and grow.
- Benefits experience is an asset.
Compensation
At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $45,000 to $46,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass the comprehensive total rewards package that we proudly offer.
