Lead the on-field operations of the Guelph Royals, overseeing daily practices, game-day preparation, and team performance throughout the season.
Develop and implement practice plans, defensive strategies, offensive approaches, and game plans.
Manage and coordinate the coaching staff, ensuring clear communication and consistency across all aspects of team operations.
Work closely with the General Manager on roster construction, player development, recruitment, and overall baseball strategy.
Evaluate player performance and provide ongoing feedback to support individual and team development.
Make in-game decisions regarding pitching, defensive positioning, substitutions, lineups, and strategic adjustments.
Foster a positive, competitive, and accountable team environment while maintaining professional standards on and off the field.
Coordinate with players, coaches, league officials, and organizational staff to ensure smooth day-to-day baseball operations.
Represent the Guelph Royals professionally at games, practices, community events, and league functions.
