At H.A.L.O, our mission is to transform constant patient observation - aka bedside sitting - with our Virtual Sitter platform.
HALO's Virtual Sitter solution has three parts: (1) a bedside device placed in the patient's room, (2) purpose-built software, and (3) a workforce of 25 virtual safety observers. From our patient observation centre in Toronto, each HALO observer monitors 6–12 patients at once for at-risk behaviours.
