Responsibilities
The Team Leader provides supervision, mentorship, and case consultation to social workers and administrative staff. They are responsible for fostering community partnerships and ensuring the engagement of families and Nations in child protection decision-making.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a BSW, MSW, or a degree in Child and Youth Care with at least five years of supervisory experience. Required qualifications include C-6 Delegation, a valid driver's licence, and knowledge of Nuu-chah-nulth culture and provincial practice standards.
