Salesforce UI/UX DesignerPosition Overview
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce UI/UX Designer with strong experience designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong UI/UX design expertise with a deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning, CRM workflows, and Salesforce design patterns.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into effective user experiences across Salesforce applications and portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive experiences using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Salesforce Lightning Experience patterns.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI patterns, and UX standards.
- Design experiences across Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability analysis, and workflow assessments.
- Identify UX gaps and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce interfaces and business processes.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate proposed solutions and validate designs with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Work with product owners and business stakeholders to define user personas, journeys, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure responsive and accessible experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
- Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
- Maintain design documentation and ensure consistency across Salesforce applications.
- Mentor junior UI/UX designers and contribute to UX best practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with significant experience working on Salesforce projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Experience designing CRM and enterprise business applications.
