Your new role
As a senior member of the architectural team, you will take the lead on technical coordination and delivery across projects of varying size and complexity. Working closely with project leadership, you’ll oversee drawing production, detailing, and specifications while ensuring work meets applicable building codes, standards, and internal quality requirements.
You’ll coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders, proactively identifying technical challenges and developing practical solutions. You’ll also play an important role in mentoring architects and technologists and helping improve internal technical standards and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- OAA membership
- 10+ years of experience within an architectural practice, including experience on large or complex projects
- Strong background in commercial and industrial projects
- Proven technical leadership, team management, or mentorship experience
- Advanced Revit and BIM capabilities
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, detailing, and industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex technical challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
