Your new role
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of an industrial property portfolio.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general building repairs.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, ensuring properties are operating efficiently and safely.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Respond to tenant requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
- Travel between properties within the portfolio using your personal vehicle.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in building operations, property maintenance, or facility management.
- Experience supporting industrial, or commercial properties.
- Strong hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong tenant-service mindset.
- Professional and polished approach when interacting with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned properties.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
