Due to continued growth and succession planning within the business, Sullivan is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to join its established Pursuit team.

Your new role
You will lead the preparation of competitive estimates and proposals for heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects. Working alongside operational and estimating leadership, you will help drive winning pursuits while mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement across the estimating function.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this vital role, you should have 10+ years of civil estimating experience. A background in Site servicing, excavation, grading, underground utilities or municipal infrastructure. Strong Technical and commercial acumen. Experience With estimating platforms such as Bid2Win, Bluebeam, AGTEK or PlanSwift.
