We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Director, Enterprise Architecture to lead enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives within a large-scale, asset-intensive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future state architecture of a complex organization while partnering with executive stakeholders to drive business value through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Define target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and modernization strategies.
- Partner with business leaders and executive stakeholders to align technology investments with organizational goals.
- Provide architectural leadership across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and operational systems.
- Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
- Guide technology decision-making and influence strategic investment priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience at the Senior Manager, Director, or Enterprise Architecture leadership level.
- Proven experience within mining, metals, industrial manufacturing, energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Strong background in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) architecture.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide technology strategy and large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience engaging and influencing executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and technology roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees and architecture certifications are considered an asset.
