Your new role
- Lead and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities consistently meet exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, payroll, and overall operational performance.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing team members.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support preventative maintenance programs and property improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous leadership experience within housekeeping operations in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced, service-focused setting.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and administrative experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving employee engagement, performance management, and team development initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with hotel property management systems and related software.
- Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related post-secondary education is considered an asset.
