Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP Director with a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations, particularly within Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end ERP transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of finance-related ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale ERP implementation and transformation programs.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Oversee ERP Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Establish project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
- Support change management, user adoption, training, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial controls, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation programs with a strong focus on Finance modules.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes and ERP best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
