- Support HR operations in locations with limited or no dedicated HR resources.
- Maintain compliance with applicable Canadian employment standards and U.S. employment and benefits requirements.
- Monitor employment legislation, regulatory developments, HR best practices, talent management trends, and emerging HR technologies.
- Review regional HR controls, identify areas of risk, and recommend improvements to maintain compliance.
- Administer employee health and welfare plans, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Provide employees with guidance regarding benefit plans, claims, and available options.
- Resolve benefits-related discrepancies and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
- Reconcile benefits statements and maintain accurate benefits and premium renewal information in ADP Workforce Now.
- Assist with annual benefit renewals and open enrolment.
- Analyse benefits utilisation and recommend improvements to support cost management and employee satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Provide backup assistance to other HR team members and contribute to routine HR administrative responsibilities as required.

- A self-motivated, adaptable, service-oriented, and hands-on approach.
- Experience with benefits administration and ADP Workforce Now would be an asset.
