Branch Manager
HCR Permanent Search is working with a staffing and workforce solutions organization in St. Thomas, Ontario. They are searching for a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, business development, recruitment activities, client relationships, and financial performance. This role is ideal for a staffing industry professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of sales growth and operational success.
Work Setting: Onsite
Location: St. Thomas, ON
Work Type: Permanent
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within the staffing industry.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing branch operations, budgets, and staff.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience managing industrial staffing accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Manage recruitment, employee development, and client service activities.
- Drive business growth through sales and relationship management.
- Oversee branch financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with employment, health and safety, and company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage major customer accounts and support branch growth objectives.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
