Key Requirements
- Experience: 8–12+ years of professional backend development experience with a degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Core Tech: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and containerized architectures (Kubernetes / OpenShift).
- Networking & Protocols: Experience with low-level network socket programming (TCP/IP, UDP) and distributed system integration patterns.
- Security & Tools: Understanding of secure application development (OAuth2, JWT, encryption) and strong Git proficiency.
- Nice-to-Have: CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, scripting, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.
- Optimize system performance, security, and reliability across distributed environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and write robust unit/integration tests.
- Collaborate on system architecture and contribute to continuous improvement.
