We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team in Canada as a Part Time Operations Associate. No prior insurance experience is required. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong attention to detail, sound computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Your Responsibilities The successful candidate will support day-to-day operational activities, contribute to process improvements, and work collaboratively with Operations and other departments. Work collaboratively with permanent staff across Operations and other departments. Support business objectives by maintaining high service standards and contributing to a positive client experience. Provide data entry, data analysis, and general administrative support. Learn internal systems, processes, and workflows while assisting with operational initiatives. Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Your Profile (Skills and Qualifications) First- or second-year college or university student. Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Insurance, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. French and/or German language skills are considered an asset. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated, organized, positive, and eager to learn. No prior insurance experience required.
