Join one of Calgary’s leading condominium management companies
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, established condominium management firm with a strong reputation, a close-knit team, and exceptionally low employee turnover.
The company is growing and looking for a fully licensed Condominium Manager who wants more than just another property management job. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together, supports one another, invests in training and development, and creates opportunities to get involved in the community through volunteer initiatives, company events, lunch and learns, and team activities.
If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, working closely with Boards, and taking ownership of a portfolio, this could be a great next move.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll oversee a portfolio of condominium properties and work closely with Boards of Directors to ensure each corporation and building is managed effectively.
You’ll act as the key point of contact and coordinate the moving pieces behind the scenes, including:
- Building strong relationships with Boards, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers
- Managing day-to-day condominium operations
- Enforcing bylaws, rules, policies, and procedures
- Providing guidance relating to the Condominium Property Act, regulations, insurance requirements, and reserve fund studies
- Coordinating preventative maintenance and required building services
- Obtaining and reviewing contractor quotes
- Coordinating capital and reserve fund expenditures
- Completing property inspections and reports
- Preparing and overseeing annual budgets
- Supporting Boards with planning, decisions, communication, and governance
- Attending Board meetings, AGMs, special meetings, and occasional evening meetings
- Responding professionally and promptly to Board members, owners, and residents
- Ensuring deadlines, maintenance schedules, and operational requirements stay on track
You are ultimately the person helping the Board keep the building running smoothly.

- Diplomatic and skilled at navigating difficult conversations
- Proactive and solutions-focused

- Someone who values stability and wants to build a long-term career with a great organization
