Role and Facility Information
The Medical Centre is seeking Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to join our growing clinic in the heart of Coquitlam. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a brand-new, purpose-built medical space within a modern commercial building - the only one of its kind in the Tri-Cities area.
Clinic Details
Size: Over 900 sq ft, modern clinic
Facilities: 4 fully equipped exam rooms + 2 physician offices
EMR: To be determined (OSCAR McMaster / OSCAR Pro)
Current Team: 1 Family Physician + 1.5 MOAs + Office Manager
Capacity: Space for up to 3 additional full-time providers/ 5-6 part-time providers
Overhead Split: 80/20
Location Highlights:
Prime central location near Lafarge Lake (10-minute walk)
6–8 minutes walking distance to SkyTrain (Lafarge Lake–Douglas Station)
3–5 minutes walk to Coquitlam Centre
