Role and Facility Information
West Coast Medical Centre is a well established patient panel which complies with New to Practice contract. Patients all have well documented medical histories and medications, using MEDACCESS EMR.
Office space in same building as 3 FT Family Physicians , with in-house Lifelabs and Pharmacy.
Opportunity to participate in Surgical assisting, maternity, ER shifts, hospitalist work and rounding on your own patients at the local West Coast General Hospital ( Hospital Privileges available).

Overhead is dependent upon candidates remuneration choice.

Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration New to Practice contract available. Fee for Service available. Depends on candidates preference Physician Overhead Overhead is dependent upon candidates remuneration choice.
Benefits and Incentives
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 7.98% Retention Flat Fee $12,367 Relocation Funding Available $15,000 Recruitment Incentive $10,000 Other Benefits/Incentives CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community.
