Benefits and Incentives
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 7.98% Retention Flat Fee $12,367 Relocation Funding Available $up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from) Recruitment Incentive $up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE) Other Benefits/Incentives CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community. The above amounts are current as of September 2026 and may be subject to change.
