Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading all maintenance activities for stationary and mobile heavy equipment at the Cadomin Quarry. This senior role provides leadership to maintenance teams, ensures regulatory compliance, supports production goals, and drives equipment reliability during both surface and underground transition phases.
Key Responsibilities
Team Development & Leadership: Provide leadership, training, and direction to a multiskilled workforce, fostering a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Operational Integration: Collaborate with the Quarry Manager to align maintenance with production goals, rail logistics, and infrastructure needs, supporting cost efficient operations.
