The Opportunity
As our Fulfillment + Logistics Lead you will play a critical role in our small team ensuring orders are packed and dispatched promptly and accurately to our customers and wholesale customers. This role however is about more than packing orders - it’s about creating a memorable customer experience with every delivery - bringing the Hello Joyous brand fully to life.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack customer orders per brand standards with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on products prior to shipment.
- Manage and organize inventory to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain an accurate inventory on e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure any customer-related inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and handle any related logistics.

- You have excellent organizational abilities and your attention to detail is extraordinary.
- You enjoy working with your hands and are capable of light-physical work (ie. lifting boxes, crouching down, etc.).
- You’re a self-starter, have a positive “get it done” attitude, are motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experience working in the e-commerce / fulfilment space is an asset. A passion for clean beauty and wellbeing is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: 15-20 hours / week
- Location: Eglinton + Dufferin area, Toronto, Ontario.
- Pay: $23 - $25
- Start date: ASAP
