Henderson Drake is supporting a Diamond-level OneStream partner looking for a Consolidation Lead to deliver complex finance transformation projects in Canada.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role offering ownership of consolidation, close and reporting workstreams. You’ll work closely with finance and controllership teams to translate accounting requirements into scalable OneStream solutions, guiding delivery from discovery through to go-live and optimisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead OneStream consolidation workstreams across requirements gathering, design, build, testing and deployment
- Design and configure solutions covering intercompany, eliminations, currency translation and reporting
- Run client workshops and advise on close processes, data flows and governance
- Act as a key contact for solution design and issue resolution
- Guide delivery teams and mentor junior consultants
- Help clients replace manual processes with integrated, controlled consolidation environments
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on OneStream implementation experience
- Expertise in financial consolidation, close and reporting processes
- Sound understanding of accounting, intercompany, eliminations and currency translation
- Experience owning workstreams and translating finance requirements into system solutions
- Confidence working with senior finance stakeholders and leading client discussions
- Based in the Canada with the right to work there
