En tant que Commis Pâtisserie (H/F), vous serez responsable d’assister le chef pâtissier et son équipe dans la préparation, la réalisation et la présentation des produits de pâtisserie, de boulangerie et des desserts, tout en respectant les standards de qualité, d'hygiène et de service de l'hôtel.
Qualifications
- Doit détenir un diplôme d’études professionnelles en Pâtisserie, ou l’équivalent;
- Doit posséder un minimum de 2 années d’expérience pertinente;
- Avoir le sens du détail, de l’organisation et de la planification;
- Doit détenir son certificat en hygiène et salubrité ;
- Être disponible en tout temps.
- Un test pourra être soumis lors de l’entrevue et devra être réussi.

Responsibilities
Assist the pastry chef and team in the preparation, creation, and presentation of pastry, bakery, and dessert products. Ensure all work adheres to the hotel's quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements
Must hold a professional diploma in pastry or equivalent and possess at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates must also hold a certificate in hygiene and sanitation and be available at all times.
