After many years of optimizing the talent management process as an HR Executive, Jessica's passion for recruitment led her to step out on her own and create a new boutique recruitment agency, Hire Mint.

With over 10 years of progressive recruitment and human resources experience in the retail and fashion industry, Jessica created Hire Mint with the sole purpose of providing a simple, frictionless process that helps retail, design and financial services organizations overcome an increasingly competitive talent landscape.
