The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, high-potential Finance Manager to join the leadership team of a large, established organization.
This is not a traditional accounting role. We are looking for a finance professional early in their leadership journey who wants to work closely with the CFO, build broad commercial experience and take on increasingly significant financial leadership responsibilities.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical finance expertise with exceptional communication skills. They will be comfortable working independently, presenting financial information to senior leadership and translating complex financial concepts into clear, commercially relevant insights.

What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the CFO on financial strategy, analysis, reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, budgets and analysis to senior leadership.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights.
- Act as a key financial advisor to operational and executive stakeholders.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee and improve financial reporting and management information.
- Support the CFO with strategic projects, acquisitions, investments and other business initiatives.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance across the organization.
- Step into a greater leadership role when the CFO is unavailable.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
- Build credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong technical foundations, a growth mindset and the communication ability to develop into a future senior finance leader.
Required
- CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA
- Minimum 3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to explain complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound financial judgments
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and business judgment
