HireEdge helps colleges know which students are placement-ready, before the recruiter arrives.

Every year, about one crore students graduate in India. Most are shortlisted on a single aptitude test and a CGPA, and meet a real interview for the first time on the day it matters. Placement cells find out who was ready only when the recruiter's list comes back. In our own drives, a student who scored 95% in aptitude scored zero in coding. A single test hides the rest.

HireEdge runs every round a company actually runs: • Aptitude in real company patterns: quantitative, logical and verbal, on the clock • Coding checked against hidden test cases in Python, Java, C++, C# and JavaScript • AI voice interviews, technical and HR, with follow-up questions • 1:1 mock interviews with verified working engineers • 14 company simulations that mirror real hiring processes • Proctoring throughout, with a different question paper for every student

Results come the same day.

For colleges and placement officers: a live dashboard showing readiness branch by branch, who improved between baseline and retest, and who still needs help before the drive.

For students and working professionals: a clear view of where you stand, the skills to work on, and practice that feels like the real thing.

For companies and consultancies: shortlists of candidates who have already cleared aptitude, coding and interview rounds, shared only with each candidate's consent for that role. You run one final round.
