👨 💼 YOUR ROLE
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will help keep restaurant and food service operations running efficiently while leading and supporting your team.
🔹 Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations
🔹 Lead front-line employees during shifts
🔹 Train, coach, and support new and existing staff
🔹 Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
🔹 Maintain excellent customer service standards
🔹 Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations
🔹 Assist with staff scheduling and daily shift organization
🔹 Monitor inventory, supplies, and stock levels
🔹 Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
🔹 Support management in achieving operational and performance goals

✔️ Previous supervisory experience in food service, restaurants, or hospitality
✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✔️ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
