What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, starting friendly conversations and introducing them to our home improvement products and services.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Talking with homeowners and creating positive first impressions
- Learning about their needs
- Educating customers about our products, services, and promotions
- Collecting customer information for follow-up by our sales team
- Working toward individual and team goals
- Taking part in ongoing training and coaching
