We are currently seeking an experienced
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Support Specialist to join a dynamic technology team in Regina, Saskatchewan.
This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong SCCM expertise who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting enterprise environments, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure efficient systems management and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and administration for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Support software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and endpoint management activities.
- Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues and provide timely resolution to end users and stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain SCCM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Document configurations, procedures, and support activities.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager) in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint management.
- Experience with software packaging, deployment, patching, and imaging.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale IT environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and modern device management solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
