We offer comprehensive dental care, including cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic, and sleep and airway treatment. The Opportunity
We're hiring a full-time, permanent Treatment Coordinator to join us in Regina.
This role is often the first person patients turn to when they're deciding what to do next - helping them understand their treatment plan, know what to expect, and feel supported through the process. You'll work closely with our doctors, hygienists, and administrative team to keep the patient experience smooth from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and help patients understand their options
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Assist with financial arrangements and insurance coordination as needed
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in patient care, not just process
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Familiarity with dental software or insurance claims is an asset, but not required
Experience Matters - But It Isn't Everything
Previous dental office or treatment coordination experience is a strong asset, but we're open to candidates from healthcare, hospitality, sales, or customer service backgrounds as well. If you're a strong communicator, organized, coachable, and genuinely enjoy helping people, we'll teach you the rest.
