Sales Coordinator

Are you energetic, curious, and motivated to contribute to a growing wellness company? Scandinave Spa Whistler is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the spa's group sales day-to-day, responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and confirmations, and building relationships with hotel concierges, local businesses and activity partners that drive new bookings and revenue. You will also be our presence on the ground in Whistler Village and at events. You will lend a hand on marketing campaigns along the way.
Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000

Managing the Scandinave Spa’s presence in Whistler Village: coordinating signage, distributing brochures, building relationships with hotel concierges, retailers, activity providers and other partners, and facilitating partner/industry visits (FAMs).

Representing Scandinave Spa at key events with pre-event preparation, attending event, set up, tear down and managing logistics on the day. Will involve standing for extended periods of time and some heavy lifting. Some event travel may be required.

Assisting the Marketing Manager with marketing activities such as contesting, social media, advertising, and PR.
