About the Role
We're looking for an Implementation Coordinator to support our Implementation Specialists across their client projects. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams to keep implementation projects on time and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Sit in on client meetings alongside the Implementation Specialist and get familiar with clients and their goal
- Take detailed notes during calls and maintain accurate records of project discussions and decisions
- Support Implementation Specialists with backend work related to updating, maintaining, and customizing the software to fit each client's needs
- Help document the implementation process for internal and client-facing records
- Draft recap emails and follow-ups to clients for clarification, next steps, or outstanding items
- Assist with special projects related to maintaining and upkeeping the software
- Help manage day-to-day project tasks to keep implementations on track and organized

- Adopt HR4's daily morning and closing routines, which keep the work organized so nothing is missed
- Maintain Jira as your daily task board so work is visible, tracked, and complete
- Plan the week in advance, with setup support, audits, and reporting built into your schedule
Growth & Development
- This is a growth role with a clear path. As you master HR4 and the HR4Way, the work expands.
- Learn HR4's micro-learning training methodology and grow from supporting sessions to delivering them, building presentation and facilitation skills
- Learn AI in action within HR4, including how we hold client personas and apply AI to improve how we work
- Grow into a contributor who adds real value and advances along the Tier 5 track alongside the team
What We're Looking for
- Strong written communication skills, especially for client-facing emails and documentation
- Comfortable taking notes and staying organized across multiple concurrent projects
- Technical aptitude or willingness to learn software configuration/customization
- A team player who can support Implementation Specialists without needing constant oversight
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
