Bilingual Recruiter (French/English) – Montreal Hybrid

As a key player in our talent acquisition team, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to define role requirements, actively engage with potential candidates across social media and professional networks, and utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search. Your efforts will help shape a talented workforce, driving company success and innovation.
Required Skills
- Advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as resume databases and portfolio sites
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and cold-calling skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Sound decision-making skills
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking research
- Network of industry contacts and social media groups related to tech recruitment
Preferred Education And Experience
- 8-10 years of proven end-to-end experience as a corporate Technical Recruiter, specifically in IT
- Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-fill roles and managing multiple openings simultaneously
Other Requirements
- Located in Montreal and willing to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in-office)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, past applicants, and industry professionals
- Willingness to engage in outreach activities such as advertising positions and requesting referrals
